Lemon Meringue Tart - January 7th 2021
The lemon meringue tart is one of the most loved cakes in Sonny. It is also one of the most technically difficult to bake because a lot of things can go wrong and everything has to be just right temperature and consistency.
You will learn how to make the puff pastry that stays in shape and bakes proper crispy, a lemon curd that thickens and a perfectly light, but solid italian meringue to decorate as you prefer.

Cancellation up to 4 days before the workshop will be refunded 50% or the booking can be changed for another workshop day with availability.
If less than 4 participants the workshop will be re-scheduled or cancelled. In this case we will refund you fully.
